About Richard Walters

An experienced trainer with over a decade’s experience in Information Technology (IT) and Train the Trainer training. Qualified with a Cert/Ed teaching qualification, training is delivered through Keystrokes Training and strategic training partnerships with NILC Training and Computeraid Wales.

A very engaging and motivated trainer who ensures training is delivered to the highest possible standard at all times.  As a qualified teacher I understand the importance of delivering a fully inclusive and diverse training session, to provide a professional and engaging training service.

The training I provide is very interactive and student-centred, with lots of variety in each and every training session. A variety of resources are used during training to enhance the training session and to provide variety during the training demonstrations.

The training method employed not only concentrates on training delivery, but also to encourage and motivate course delegates  to develop their skills, through engaging and interactive training. My strengths as a trainer include creating a friendly and interactive training environment, setting very high professional standards, and planning highly engaging training sessions.

A continual process of learning and self-development means I am always aware of the latest training methods, thus ensuring all delegate learning needs are met in a professional and carefully planned manner.

I now regularly deliver online training covering Microsoft Office applications and Apple MacBook training and I thoroughly enjoy this form of training. I see this form of training being a big part of my training future and this is a training area I intend to develop in further. Besides online training I also produce and sell Microsoft Office and Apple MacBook online video training through my training partner NILC Training. I am also a Microsoft Office book Author and all the training books I produce are sold through NILC Training and Amazon.

Keystrokes training has a simple training philosophy for all customers, and that is to offer the highest possible level of training, delivered in a very diverse and interesting way.  I am very passionate about the training I offer, and I always ensure the needs of the customer are fully met.
