Over the years of operating as a trainer I’ve noticed that there is sometimes a gulf between the text book that describes an understanding of a software product; and a training manual that helps someone get to grips with the task of using software.
That’s why I am working in partnership with NILC Training and BookBoon to create a series of manuals that help with the process of using software.
The idea is very simple. Each book containing step by step for a number of key processes. You simply follow the guides and the software works. It’s that easy.
